Cara really went above and bound her duties , to make me feel cared for and valued during my mental health crisis yesterday . She gave me useful support and also got me an appointment with Liam for the afternoon . Both practitioners were exceptional . I felt valued and supported and more positive that I will get better . Thank you

Because there are still so many patients and only one surgery

I do think you need to put alot more chairs in the waiting room 10 chairs is not really good enough.
